Our companies offer 24 hour claim service support so you get the help you need when it matters most.  Whether an emergency water claim or a simple windshield repair/replacement call 24/7 to initiate the claims process.  We recommend securing a repair/replacement cost estimate prior to calling the claims office to prevent filing claims which will not exceed your deductible. Automobile claims should be filed with the at-fault party's insurance company.

Is my new car covered?     Am I covered when renting a vehicle?

POLICY COVERAGE TIPS

Replacement vehicles will have the same coverage as the vehicle it replaced. Additional vehicles will have the broadest coverage of any vehicle currently listed on your policy.  You must notify the agency and/or company within 30 days of acquiring the new vehicle by providing the year, make, model, and vehicle identification number.  Regarding rental vehicles, if you have "other than collision" and ""collision" coverage on any vehicle listed on your policy the coverage will extend to a private passenger auto rental.  NOTE: Coverage does not apply to moving truck rentals.
